Questions related to Apple Pay

How does Apple Pay work?

Apple Pay enables secure payments via compatible Apple devices (see list of compatible devices below).

Once you have signed your agreement, we'll load up your Carmoola card with the amount of credit you agreed. You can then add that card to your Apple Wallet to pay for the car.

When ready to pay, you can authenticate the transaction using Touch ID, Face ID, or passcode. Depending on what the dealership allows, you can make the payment in the dealership, via the app or online.

Your Carmoola card is available exclusively for the purchase of the vehicle you choose and is outlined in your Hire Purchase agreement.

When can I add my card to my Apple Wallet?

Once you've completed all the application steps and signed your Carmoola Hire Purchase agreement, you can add your Carmoola card to your Apple Wallet.

Where can I pay with Apple Pay?

You can use Apple Pay at your chosen dealership if they accept contactless payments.

You may also be able to use Apple Pay for purchases online, using your compatible iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch.
