Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have received a direct email from Carmoola regarding the £75 Amazon voucher offer.

The offer is strictly limited to customers that receive a promotional email and who are using a loan from Carmoola to pay for a vehicle.

To be eligible, your loan must have been taken out after receiving the promotional email or SMS. Loans arranged prior to receiving this communication will not qualify for the offer.

Employees of Carmoola, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and members of their immediate families are excluded from this promotion.

Only one voucher will be issued per eligible customer.

How to Claim

To qualify for the voucher, you must:

• Use a loan from Carmoola to pay for a vehicle;
• Make your first monthly loan repayment in full and on time;
• Contact Carmoola at support@carmoola.co.uk to confirm your eligibility after your first repayment has been processed.

Upon confirming your eligibility, your £75 Amazon voucher will be sent to you by email within 7 working days.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your first repayment date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Offer Period

This promotion is valid for vehicles paid for using a loan from Carmoola on or before 22nd June 2025, unless withdrawn earlier.

Carmoola reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

Voucher Details

The voucher will be issued as a digital Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

Carmoola reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

Carmoola is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or delays that may impact your ability to qualify or claim the voucher.

Carmoola’s decision on any matter relating to the promotion is final and binding.

Personal information provided in connection with this offer will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and managed in accordance with Carmoola’s Privacy Policy.

By taking out a loan with Carmoola and submitting a claim to receive your voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will result in your claim being invalid and ineligible for the voucher.
