Chloe: "When I was looking for car finance, I kind of just was like drawn to like a feeling, like a trustworthy feeling. Did you feel supported throughout your car finance journey?
Chloe: "Just speaking with the customer service team on WhatsApp... I came across very panicked because it was obviously a very time-limited situation trying to get it sorted over the line for the weekend. And they did everything super quick... It just felt really personable and it's nice working with a company that cares."

What do you love most about your new car?
Chloe: "The best thing is that it's a Mini Cooper and it's just really cool, and it's fun to drive, and it's just nice knowing that the car finance is all good with it. Like, nothing's going to come back in the future and bite me."
Chloe: "It's got three doors, a sunroof... it's just lovely with all the Union Jacks and black interior and it's got a turbo so it's really fast."
Chloe: "It's just been great. So, it's so fun to drive."

Chloe: "It's really good. It's got everything laid out. It's got a picture of the car. It lets you name it. It kind of shows everything payment-wise, what you owe, what percentage of what you owe... it's just really handy."
For someone who appreciates design and clarity, the app was a hit. Even the little touches added up.
Chloe: "You also send text reminders the day before the payment's due, which is really handy, but I always have the money."
Would you recommend Carmoola?
Chloe: "I'd recommend [Carmoola] to anybody probably looking at their second car, you know, they're looking for something that's a good jump from their first car."
And the fact that she’s already thinking about using Carmoola again? That says it all.
Chloe: "It's nice to know that I'm going to own it at the end. And then when I'm ready for another car, I'll probably be coming back to Carmoola again to be honest."
Chloe: "Just going from that transition of an old car to quite a new car, it's been great."
