No, your loan offer is based solely on your credit profile and financial status. Carmoola doesn’t receive commission from customer purchases and doesn’t offer preferential rates for using Trusted Dealerships.

Carmoola is not responsible for the quality of vehicles sold or any actions (or omissions) of the dealerships. Your finance terms remain the same, whether you buy from a Trusted Dealership or not.

We work with a growing list of dealerships across the UK, which we've reviewed against our quality thresholds. To see the full list, you can download our app.

If you'd like to buy from a dealership that's not on our list, please get in touch with our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or phone, and include the dealership's name and website. Our team will review them, and if they meet our quality threshold, we'll get them added to the app. We don't currently work with private sellers.

If you're buying from a Trusted Dealership, you can part-exchange your current car as part of the process. Once the dealership confirms your car’s value, simply add that amount into the Carmoola app, and it’ll count towards your deposit.

Already signed your agreement? No problem. You can update it in the app before completing your payment.

Keep in mind:

• We can’t lend you more than the car you’re buying is worth.
• If you have negative equity (your old car is worth less than what you owe), we may not be able to help unless you’re putting in a deposit.
• If your part-ex value is higher than the car price, the difference can go towards clearing negative equity.

For example, if you're buying a car for £10,000, but we value it at £11,000, you'll have £1,000 to use towards negative equity.
