England Football Players and Their Cars

In recent years, the England football team have climbed up the ranks of world football and have returned to their former glory of 1966🏆. The English boys have developed a great team, led by ex-England footballer Gareth Southgate. With superstars like Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane & Tyrone Mings, the wage bill from their clubs definitely matches, and you know what that means?

It means there is a car collection to match. And the national team boys haven’t held back when it comes to their driving experience. From Aston Martin’s to G-Wagons, the England team has it all. Continue reading to find out more…

The England Football Team

England is the joint oldest national team in football. It played in the world's first international football match in 1872, against Scotland (the match finished 0-0 :/). The team famously won the 1966 World Cup at home when they beat West Germany 4-2. However, after the great success of the '66 team, there was a severe decline in performances, until Euro 2020, when our national team reached the final, only to narrowly lose to Italy on penalties. So good that our women's team won the 2022 Euros and showed them how it's done! The 3 Lion's current form has resulted in only losing 1 game in the past 12 months. Pretty impressive lads!

England 1st XI Squad

With Southgate's squad rotation we can’t include everyone’s car collection, we would be here all day, however, what we can do is include the most impressive. So today we are going to be looking at;

  1. Marcus Rashford
  2. Harry Kane
  3. Raheem Sterling
  4. Kyle Walker
  5. Tyrone Mings
  6. Jack Grealish

And trust us when we say - you are in for a treat here guys...

Marcus Rashford

One of the more experienced players in the England team, at 24, Rashford has been lighting up Wembley since he was just 18 years old. He's not only known for his performances but also for his fantastic charity work and political influence as well. If someone deserves a luxury car, it's Marcus Rashford. And in fact, he has a collection of vehicles, with a particular fondness for Mercedes-Benz. Our favourite from his collection? The Mercedes-Benz AMG G63. The G63 is a great alternative to the standard Range Rover that our blog readers have got to know very well over the past couple of weeks 😂

Harry Kane

England’s most potent striker drives a shiny new Jaguar F-Pace, which, believe it or not, retails for only £40,000. Ok, £40k is still a lot for most of us, but with your average Premier League footballer earning that kind of money in a couple of days, the price really is on the lower end of the scale. Still, this Jag is a snazzy SUV in its own right and is in line with the modest and humble attitude often shown by Kane – though we personally think he should treat himself to something just a little more, let’s say, Premier League when it comes to car collections.

Raheem Sterling

Arguably England’s best player at Euro 2020, or 2021 should we say, Raheem Sterling’s car choices are just as good as his decisions on the pitch. The England ace drives a Bentley Continental GT, which comes in 4.0-litre V8 or 6.0-litre W12 engines. That means it can hit some serious speeds on the road, which is ideal for Raheem, who puts on the burners to escape defenders on the pitch.

Kyle Walker

Raheem Sterling’s Manchester City teammate Kyle Walker likes to get behind the wheel of a Lamborghini Huracan. This flamboyant supercar might be unattainable to most of us, but it's pocket change for a Premier League footballer. Billed as the perfect fusion of technology and design, the Lamborghini Huracan is even unique in the dark, thanks to the “technological” light of its full-LED lighting system.

Tyrone Mings

Tyrone famously ‘made it as a footballer’ when he upgraded his CAR FINANCING deal from a Saxo to a Corsa. Now that is definitely something we could have helped with, and if you are looking to finance your Corsa, or any car in fact, make sure you check your eligibility with our app

Since then, Tyrone has made one or two changes, incorporating a G-Wagon and a Range Rover into his car collection, however, Tyrone has gained legendary status around the Carmoola team for going with a car financing deal. Respect.

Jack Grealish

Ex-Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish, was actually banned from driving in 2020 when he crashed his £80,000 Range Rover during lockdown. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the same skill & control on the road that he does on the pitch...

Takeaways

The Wembley parking lot is like a car dealership. Just writing this, we have been in awe the whole time. From Walker's Lambo, to Mings' Corsa. We have loved every minute of writing this, (we also looked into Premier League Managers' cars if you're interested!) and we encourage you guys to leave a comment, or check out our app, if you want to support us further!
